Founders Puneet Wadhawan and Srikanth Srinivasan each have over two decades of experience in building world class products and IPs in wide range of domains like consumer electronics, automotive, Industrial, personal computers, Artificial Intelligence, and high-performance compute.
Vision
Nanojoules semiconductors is founded with the vision of building the future of Indian semiconductor industry. The first wave of growth in the Indian semiconductor industry is supported by burgeoning OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) facilities. The second phase is expected to bring in house foundries and manufacturing capabilities. Nanojoules’s vision is to be at the forefront of building design technologies and products “Made for” Indian OEMs and build advanced technologies (HPC chiplets) “made from” India to differentiate in global markets.

Puneet Wadhawan
Product/SOC Architect
Puneet Wadhawan is a Senior SOC/Product Architect with 22+ years of industry experience. As an architect he has taken multiple products from architecture to production. He has architected and designed multiple digital IPs like memory Controller, PCle, HDMI, Smart DMA, CPRI, RAID etc. He has lead and driven teams of architects to define the SOC architecture of different products like Al-Coprocessor, CPU Chiplet in Intel. He was CTO/GM of Smartlivez Technologies and carries the experience of HW/SW codesign and operations for IOT products.
Srikanth Srinivasan
System Design and Customer Management
Srikanth is a technology and engineering leader with 23 years of semiconductor product development most recently at Qualcomm in the US and India. He has hands-on expertise in SOC based chipset architecture, systems performance and customer management. He has lead the hardware customer commercialization of Snapdragon Chipsets spanning Handsets, XR, IoT and Auto business units serving marqee customers like Samsung, Meta, Huawei, Mahindra. Srikanth has seeded diverse technology teams at Qualcomm’s Bangalore Design Center and is an experienced hand at scaling large teams successfully in a fast paced execution environment.
